Silas Burns died Saturday at noon after a three week illness with Typhoid fever. He was 39 years and 22 days old, never married, a skilled mechanic with solid reputation but no steady occupation. Funeral held Sunday at Florence Cemetery at 3 15 p m. Rev Wayne Sutton officiated. He leaves an aging father and mother and three married sisters.
