Two Price brothers and Mrs Phillips celebrate 68th birthday
Jackson honors J F Price Frank and Henry Price of this city and Mrs Nancy Phillips of Calhoun county as likely oldest triplets in the United States. Born March 25 1889 in Cumberland county NC they grew up in North Carolina and later moved to Mississippi. Frank Price ran the Price House in Jackson for years before retiring. A planned reunion was called off due to Mrs Phillips age and indisposition.

Death of Attorney General William Williams
In the death of Attorney General William Williams at his Jackson home last Friday at 4 am the state loses a bright loyal citizen. Born in Simpson County Miss 87 years ago he studied at Mississippi College and graduated with honors. Appointed by Gov Longing to fill McClurgs term he later won a large statewide majority. He planned to retire January 1 to focus on his profession. He leaves a wife and a daughter and many friends grieving his passing.
