Proceedings from July 25 1902 show Rankin county Mississippi board changing Currie school location to the northeast quarter of section 17 township 15 range 2 with a schoolhouse to be built. They assign part of section 1 township 8 range 2 to Dry Creek and Star districts. Kate Barksdale elected examiner for 1902 08. Terms set for winter starting November 1902 and summer starting June 1903. Board adjourns to August 4 1902.

Exams covered reading writing grammar spelling geography United States history general history arithmetic algebra and geometry with results to be announced soon.
