The program features educators Hamill Pepper s Greene French and Carter with rail fare discounts and free entertainment for delegates. Ex officio attendees include district elders pastors and assistants. others are welcome.

Denver Republic reports three bands of wild horses roaming about twenty miles north of Kit Carson with a powerful stallion leading the group. A large sorrel stallion with blaze face and ground-length tail directs the herd, which is wary and evades capture. Additional bands exist twenty miles south and another led by a bay further away. some horses carry brands while others do not.
Robert Inglis of Yonkers died at St Josephs Hospital New York after three weeks fighting a knife wound in his heart. Surgeons opened his chest and inserted stitches to close the fatal wound, marking a remarkable medical case in New York state.
Surgeons watched closely as Inglis endured a severe chest wound. His strength held briefly and doctors hoped for recovery, but two days ago his heart began to fail and he did not survive.
