Six White apes plead guilty and fined in Iowa case
Six of eight defendants in Van Horne Iowa pleaded guilty and received 200 dollar fines and one day in jail each. In Glendive Montana a Blue Line tank car death occurred when two men stealing a ride were overcome by crude oil fumes. one died already and the other died today. The coroner identified John Brandon from St Louis and Harry Ledgerwood formerly of Mandan Oak as the two victims. Brandon left a 25 dollar personal estate and Ledgerwood 34 dollars. both were buried in Glen dive cemetery.
