Train plunges from track near Wheelock injures crew
On Saturday evening No 1 derailed near Wheelock four miles from Motley after an open switch. Fireman Alex Brown was killed, Engineer Swart severely injured but expects recovery. Clinton Mayne was bruised and may not recover. Two mail clerks injured. no passengers hurt. Fireman Brown's body sent to Jackson Michigan by the B of L. F. for burial.

WCTU Meeting Debates Nonpartisan Stance on Third Party
The WCTU meeting with Mrs Huestis drew a good turnout.
