Accent Signage Turns Tragedy Into Resilience in Minnesota
After a 2012 mass shooting at Accent Signage Systems in Minneapolis, owner Reuven Rahamim and 17 surviving workers kept the business alive. The firm, which had planned growth with LED display orders for a major retailer, returned to full operation within days and later expanded to about 27 employees. Shereen Rahamim led the effort, valuing long standing relationships and cross trained staff to sustain production and honor those lost.
