Lum Forms Duluth Law Partnership to Take Effect April First
Hon Leon E Lum has formed a law partnership with Heber Hartley and Porter J Neff to begin April 1 in Duluth. Lum plans to move his practice but may keep a partial office here, visiting weekly while considering full relocation. Friends regret the move and hope he may return if dissatisfied with new prospects. Lum’s long city involvement leaves a notable business gap as he exits.
