Fire destroyed the Hotel Buckman in Little Falls early Saturday at 2 30 am. Built in 1893 by Senator C B Buckman and Jerome McKusker for about 40000, it carried 3200 insurance. Guests escaped in night clothes as owners vow not to rebuild. several individuals report losses ranging from 100 to 400 dollars in personal effects and small items.

Queen's funeral set for Windsor February 2

The funeral of the late queen is scheduled to be held at Windsor Castle on February 2 with military character as desired by the queen.
