Oscar Rush 32, employee of the N P company, died at home on south 9th street on Saturday Jan 5 1889 from an brain abscess caused by a fall last August. He recovered to return to work before paralysis struck. He belonged to Wildey Lodge IL O O F and funeral rites were held Tuesday. He leaves a wife and one child.
