Proposals set a new assessor salary of 200 dollars for odd years and 300 for even years, while granting appointive powers for the city clerk and street commissioners. Poll tax reform, city judge salary at 1000 dollars, and the judge’s authority to rule on ordinance violations without a jury were considered. Proposals will be sent to Hon. Leon E.
