Bigamy arrest of Frank Tomlinson at Ft. Ripley
Frank Tomlinson was arrested at Ft. Ripley yesterday and brought to the city on a charge of bigamy. He appeared before the court with bail set at $1000, not yet furnished. The warrant was sworn by a Wisconsin woman who claims to be Mrs. Tomlinson No. 1.

Brainerd Library Association Elects Secretary and Forms Committees
At a Friday meeting the Brainerd Public Library Association elected Dr. J. L. Frederick as secretary succeeding P. B. Ware. A constitution committee was formed with W. S. McClenahan P. J. Murphy J. L. Frederick and H. I. Cohen to draft by laws. The library committee includes O. O. Winter Rev. G. W. Gallagher Howard Isham and Dr. A. F. Groves with plans to enroll new members at Dresskell's jewelry store and publish member lists weekly. Members present include Dr. Hemstead Rev. G. W. Gallagher Rev. C. F. Kite Mr. and Mrs. O. O. Winter A. F. Ferris and Howard Isham. Membership fee is two dollars. The executive committee was authorized to secure permanent quarters and a five member citywide solicitation panel was formed to recruit members.
