A very large jogse was spotted recently in Mille Lacs county near Blue Hill, prompting wildlife observers to note the unusual size and location of the creature. Local authorities reported no confirmed sightings or threats to residents.

A veteran recalls plans to visit Milwaukee for the G A R encampment with Matilda. He promises a rousing display and pride in the American flag while enjoying the trip on the Wisconsin Central Line.
