Chrysler announces a quieter 1970 line with improved suspension using rubber insulators and reinforced body structure. The Newport, Newport Custom, 300, New Yorker and Town & Country wagons feature updated styling, new grilles, bumpers and taillights, plus revised interiors and engine options including 383 and 440 cubic inch V8s.
