Kennedy, Marble Falls attorney and former staffer to Senator Connally, is the lone candidate on the ballot to replace Reuben Senterfitt as McCulloch County's representative in the Texas Legislature. The district includes McCulloch, Lampasas, San Saba, Llano, Gillespie and Burnet counties. Kennedy is 28, a Naval Reserve lieutenant junior grade, and a George Washington University law graduate with an LL.M. from National University. He previously advised the President's Appeal Board of Selective Service and worked for Connally in Washington.
