Fifty two 4-H youths and eighteen adults attended the McCulloch County camp at Granite Shoals July 16 17 and 18. West Texas Utility staff included Curly Hays James Cat fish Glenn and Ray Hill with Hill coaches at Abilene high schools. Mike Robertson and Barry Phillips served as lifeguards. A water safety talk was given by Curly Hays. Edwin H Cooper Extension Mr and Mrs Y A Wright Kerrville and Mrs Margaret Jordan joined Garland Jordan family in Albuquerque New Mexico from Wednesday to Monday. A Texas A&M wildlife specialist presented a program on mammals fur bearing animals and other demonstrations included fishing and casting. The District Seven 4-H Dress Revue is Aug 3 in the Cotillion Room at the Town House Hotel San Angelo with Cheryl Howard and Susan Boren representing McCulloch County. Brady girls Cissy Gault Carol Ricks Pam Francks and Dainty Wood left Monday to attend a Methodist camp at Mt. Wesley near Kerrville. Mrs. A. J. Ricks drove the party to Kerrville Monday.
