City Considers Taking Brady Country Club for Municipal Use
A club committee proposed the city take title to Brady Country Club and run it as a municipal golf course. They offered to cover a $5,000 note and argued it could pay for itself with green fees and clubhouse rentals. The council delayed action to study public reaction, seeking examples from similar towns and noting the clubhouse as a potential civic center.
