Brady Bulldogs battled Comanche Indians in Brownwood and won 67 to 61 in overtime to claim bi district honors and earn a regional bid. Marion Lewis led Brady with 31 points, Reeves 16, as Fletcher fouled out late for Comanche. The team heads to Lubbock Saturday to face Winters at 11:30 AM with KNEL radio covering the game.

The Brady school trustees opened bids for kitchen cabinets and cafeteria equipment for the new Homemaking Department. Taylor Manufacturing Co. won the kitchen cabinets bid at 4260.51 dollars, Dallas Fountain and Fixtures won the cafeteria equipment bid at 13944.32 dollars.
