Texas lawmakers push Amendment 4 for water plan
Gov Price Daniel backs Constitutional Amendment No. 4 to use part of the Texas Water Development Board loan fund to raise dam heights for future water supply. The plan would preserve storage space, fund added height now, and repay with bond revenue as cities need water.
