City Golf Semi Finals Set For This Week

Former McCulloch Man Dies in Houston
J. W. Garrett 52 of Houston formerly of McCulloch County died August 9 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Houston. Born at Mercury and raised in Lohn, he was married to Daisy Ford and survived by three daughters Evelyn Bledsoe Dallas Hazel Wardlow Houston Patricia Garrett and three sons J W Larry Garrett Houston and Gene Garrett North Dakota. Funeral services were August 12 at Eastman Funeral Chapel Houston with several Brady relatives in attendance.
