The McCulloch County Grand Jury issued twelve indictments on July 29 across burglary cases involving Jimmy Cortez Terry Harper Richard Probst Bert Bratton and Heart of Texas Pharmacy along with two driving while intoxicated second offense charges against Charles Ray Timms and Andrew Gonzales Gloria Four defendants faced multiple burglary counts and four cases were passed for future action. A separate Bratton home burglary indictment targeted Whitefield. The session also yielded four no bills.
