Mrs Vernon Cavin longtime resident of McCullough County died Thursday at Brady aged 71. native of Milan County she lived in Calf Creek and Brady later. Prison young runaways nabbed after six hour manhunt
Two 15 year old boys from Gatesville state boys school fled after stealing four cars and eluding police for hours. They were finally captured near the Pat Glasscock home after a high speed pursuit through Brady and into Brown County with roadblocks set up by McCulloch and surrounding units. Authorities recovered the vehicle, and an officer noted a driver’s license violation during the night.
