Three Guards Fined At Indiana State Pen
CHICAGO April 13 The Tribune reports three guards dismissed at Michigan City Indiana state penitentiary for carrying out letters written by D C Stephenson former grand dragon of the Indiana Ku Klux Klan serving life for Madge Oberholtzer murder.
