The Boynton Refining Company plans a mid month start in the east Boynton plant cost 60000 dollars and will employ a large skilled workforce. Daily capacity reaches 1200 barrels with Oklahoma crude refined into gasoline naphtha kerosene gas oil and fuel oil. Offices are in Tulsa with J B Ryan and F L Mulkey promoting. Manager J J Kerins will supervise.
The charter of the First National Bank of Boynton is dated November 29, 1902. Officers elected at that time were A. W. Patterson, President and A. C. Trumbo, Vice-President.
