Bowie High School student Don Duncan has been named semifinalist in the 1969 70 National Merit Scholarship Program. The senior, son of Charles H. Duncan and his wife, ranked highly on the NMSQT exam among about 750 000 juniors nationwide. He must advance to finalist to be considered for about 3 000 scholarships awarded in 1970.
