A Bowie area wreck on Fort Worth highway left Mr. and Mrs. Alfred C. Dickens of Watonga Oklahoma in Bowie Hospital in critical condition. The Bowie school bus driver J C Hendrix suffered a broken arm and minor injuries as the 1948 car zigzagged in rain, possibly off the shoulder, before colliding with the bus.

Necona Golfers to Play Bowie Sunday in North Texas Series

Three Injured In Car Wreck Near Decatur
Mr and Mrs Geo E Wright of Fort Worth and their young son Eddie were seriously hurt in a Friday evening collision near Decatur while en route to Bowie to visit Mrs Wrights parents. Mrs Wright suffered cuts and bruises and was hospitalized briefly. Mr Wright had a crushed ankle. the baby sustained bruises. A speeding station wagon reportedly caused the crash. The Wrights were traveling to spend Mothers Day with D T Wilson and his wife. Other Bowie visitors included Talmadge Wilson and Charles Wilson.

Majestic Remodeling Nears Completion and Matinees Resume
