Ayres Rites June 2 Funeral for Thomas V Ayres
Funeral services for 73 year old Thomas V Ayres were held June 21 at Owens Brumley Chapel. Ayres died June 18 in a Shreveport Louisiana hospital after years of poor health. He was born in Montague County and lived in Newport and Shreveport. Survivors include son Thomas V Ayres of Oxnard California grandson one brother Marvin Ayres of Bowie and sister Mrs Charlie Hunt of Olney.
