Texas Centennial Exposition Opens in Dallas June 6
In 1936 Texas marks a Centennial year as Dallas launches a 15 million dollar exposition from June 6 to November 29. Ten million visitors expected. twenty four buildings rise at State Fair Park to showcase Texas growth and progress across cities San Antonio Goliad Houston Nacogdoches Gonzales and Huntsville.
