Lawson and Burrage Sued for Twenty Thousand Dollars

H. G. Runkle of New York sues Thomas V. Lawson C D Burrage and A C G Burrage in the Superior Civil Court equity session seeking $20,000. He alleges he paid an agent of the respondents to invest in an enterprise of which he was ignorant but trusted the parties. He says $600 000 was advanced over time for mining stocks in undeveloped properties in Mexico and Arizona and would not have been given had he known the plan.
