Resignation of Architect Jacobs. Washington Sept 29 says Horace G Jacobs assistant supervising architect of the treasury has tendered his resignation to take effect Oct 31. He resigns voluntarily to join a Washington firm. Jacobs is a Maine native and has served in the treasury for nearly 20 years.
