David J. Berry Killed in Hyde Park Grade Crossing Crash

David J. Berry, 57, was instantaneously killed when his wagon was struck by the 12 44 p m train from Boston at the Bridge street grade crossing of the Midland division line of the New York New Haven Hartford road in Hyde Park. His horse was killed and the wagon demolished.

Sealing fleet to salvage Scotsman wreck in Belle Isle straits

The sealing steamer Diana is fitted to proceed to the wreck of the Dominion liner Scotsman in the Straits of Belle Isle. Neptune and Nimrod will also head there. The Virginia Lake will evacuate the crew if the Scotsman is a total loss.

Meagher's Annual Social in Union Hall Celebrates Irish Unity
