Deer Escape from Park Ends in Tragedy at Drawbridge
Early Saturday three large bucks fled a deer park each in a different direction. One ran toward Haymarket square then along the Boston and Maine track to the drawbridge, leapt into the water and drowned. A vessel crew fished the body, began skinning for venison before police seized the carcass. The other two were spotted near Lees river with one later captured on Parker Hill in Highland district.
