Ricci 42 a Hartford city resident and former chef at Hartford Golf Club died at Hartford Hospital from poisoning after eating toadstools he picked in Elizabeth Park Wednesday. A friend warned him they were toadstools. he cooked them despite past culinary work for the Duke of Abruzzi. His son and other Italians also fell ill but are recovering. recent local cases suggest a pattern of toadstool poisonings.
