Hay Load Halts Runaway Cart Near Broadway

A two-horse tip cart ran away in South Boston yesterday, colliding with a hay wagon driven by W. T. McLaughlin. Both McLaughlin and his assistant were thrown and landed in a pile of hay, escaping injury. The fleeing cart, owned by Frank J.
