Master William H. Anderson reports that the certificate holders against the broken endowment order found unfaithful management and high salaries. Several officers and sureties misused funds, with names and amounts detailing salaries, overdraws, and required repayments. The findings name Samuel Smith, Haskell Staples, James Wall, Herbert Marr, and others with specific sums owed back to the order. Arrests may follow as the report proceeds to the Superior Court.
