Harry K. Thaw will leave Colebrook at 6 12 tomorrow morning for Littleton to appear before Judge Aldrich in U S District Court on habeas corpus proceedings. The writ was served tonight by U S Marshal Nute of Farmington. Also tonight John Andrews of Coaticook Quebec, constable, was arrested on a federal indictment accusing him of smuggling a female pauper into the United States. The woman was later found in the North Station Boston penniless and with no place to go.
