Resumption Talk After San Francisco Board Standstill
The Pacific Exchange effort to resume business shows little support from the San Francisco Stock Board as big boards await Bank of California and Bank of Nevada openings. Bank assets may cover debts and possibly pay 20 percent to stockholders, with mining stocks rising and California Board activity expected to accelerate openings across boards within two weeks.
