Wool Market and Wool Import Clarifications
The wool market is dull with buyers in control, prices steady, and demand slowness offset by expectations of improved conditions before September. The Treasury notes that shippers like John Martin & Co may sign invoices for wool shipments to Oelrichs & Co., removing need for a letter of attorney, while Boston markets report mixed demand across various regional wools and large weekly receipts.
