Alabama Claims Award Concludes Arbitration in Geneva

The Board of Arbitration finished its session at 5 30 PM and adjourned to Monday for final revising of judgment copies. They will attend a State dinner in Berne on Thursday and return to Geneva to finalize signatures and inform governments under the treaty terms. General gratification is expressed at the speedy result.
