Fayette Lodovick Robinson known as Yankee Robinson died in New Jefferson Iowa on Thursday September 4 aged 63. He was born in Avon New York a shoemaker by trade turned showman with varied fortunes. In 1854 he built Robinson's Athenium Indiana's first regular theatre. He authored Alderman Denison and FP F V pieces.
