He surrendered a gold open face watch valued at 65 dollars a silk fob chain and a gold locket with a diamond centerpiece valued at 35 dollars. In Libau Russia on September 3 socialistic rioting after a reservist departure left ten dead and fifty wounded as agitators fired from a house. Cavalry sabres and troops stormed the building with one policeman killed and twenty one wounded taken to hospital. Many victims were women and children.
Frederick H. Rindge of Los Angeles who died was buried Friday and left no public bequests. The 22 million estate goes to the Rindge family: widow and three children aged 17 15 and 12. The will papers are to be opened this afternoon after long delays in finalizing the testament.
