Paul claims receipt of partial money from Corcoran and files a $75,000 attachment against Corcoran's property in Suffolk. He describes age, work history, a troubled marriage to Blanche Lavigne, and a witness who linked him to Corcoran. He notes a Watch and Ward connection and information about the Cape Cod plaintiff.
