From the West comes Colorado FE a three year old trotter whose performance at Readville Grand Circuit meet electrified New England. He trotted a mile in 2 06 15 establishing a new world record for his age then repeated with a second heat in 2 07 34 before 5000 spectators in attendance.
Yesterday's scores include American League results with Boston Philadelphia Cleveland St. Louis and Colorado. A horse set a three year olds track record at Readville and Uhlan won but owner fears temper in retirement. Harvard football travels to Maine as Mathewson is hospitalized for health reasons.
