Fatal automobile crash near Newburyport kills woman

von Crogeau and Zoe Morin hired a buggy near Newburyport and met Mrs. Sadie Gagnon. Returning on the turnpike near Dummer Academy an auto hit the buggy at high speed, killing Gagnon and injuring Crogeau and Morin. The driver fled. police search ongoing.

Death by Own Action Shocks Springfield Woman

Mrs Ade laide Eurnice Ingraham 59 of 108 State street died by asphyxiation with illuminating gas in her home. The death was discovered at 2 45 PM by Attorney Walter S Robinson and Police Chief William J Quilty after a letter to Robinson stated her intent and enclosed house keys.
