Patsy Coviello 25 of Everett fired at Fred Mattuchio 16 after missing Mattuchio’s family at 66 Wellington Ave. Mattuchio struck Coviello with a butcher’s cleaver during the attempted murder. Coviello received a three inch back wound and was arrested. Mattuchio was held blameless.
