Court martial held in secret for Diaz and aides

General Davila presided over a secret two day court martial from Saturday 2 o clock to Sunday 3 15. A large crowd awaited outside as findings were read though rain fell. Davila refused to suspend proceedings while Beltran granted habeas corpus and halted executions. It is believed Migont and Lima face immediate death. Plan to Give Balkan Allies Turkish Territory

London reports a tentative agreement among powers to end the war by forcing Turkey to cede European Turkey to Balkan states. The accord would save a portion of Adrianople and the Bosphorus from Turkish control. Also from Sofia a despatch notes the Bulgarian army's potential capture of Eski-Baba, a key position on the Adrianople to Constantinople line.

Two cars each carrying five persons collided head on near the Medford Everett line last evening. Both cars were wrecked but all occupants escaped injury, police report calling it the most remarkable escape they have witnessed.

Escape by long rope from Bridgewater State Farm

Three prisoners escaped from the Bridgewater State Farm tonight by scaling a 17 foot stone wall using a rope fashioned from bed clothes. The escape occurred at the criminal insane department and is under investigation by authorities.

Trio of Escaped Inmates From State Prisons

Alfred Girard sent from Cambridge jail in 19, Louis D. Rogers from Barnstable jail in 1910, and William Sullivan 24d from Charlestown State prison in 1908 escaped tonight after entering a sun parlor from the smoking room. They pried a window grating and used an improvised rope to scale the 17 foot wall. State farm officers and attendants searched the area but had not captured them by late hour.
