Harry Harrison of 171 Brayton Avenue, a Bridgeport, Connecticut expatriate, was identified by Miss Annie C Shore as the man who assaulted her in North Park during lunch. He was held for sentence after being found guilty by Judge Hanify, with suspension granted to allow further investigation into other similar complaints. Additional women named include Miss Annie Spooner Miss Edith Whitman and Mabel Slack who in turn accused him of improprieties in their presence. Harrison, about 34, denies all charges.
A naval board announced the Maryland will have its official trial off Rockland Maine in the week starting November 14. The USS Tillman built at Charleston S.C. will visit here for its new trial next Monday.
