Diver Finds Body in River After Truck Dives Into Charles River
William Howard a 26 year old helper on a five ton coal truck plunged from Harvard Bridge into the Charles River yesterday morning. A diver recovered his body late yesterday afternoon after an all day search, the body lodged against a bridge pier. Howard lived at 124 Walnut Street Chelsea and may have struck his head on the pier, causing unconsciousness and drowning.
