Albany Oct 15 The high court of impeachment adjourned tonight with deliberations unfinished and a final vote likely in an open session tomorrow afternoon. No confirmation could be obtained as discussions were held in secret behind guarded doors and newspapers covered the windows.
Reported tonight that after an extended session the judges left under guard while the Senators hurried from the chamber. The event followed a lengthy adjournment and prompted page six coverage.

Dorothy Golden, 18, of 31 Union Park, attempted suicide by drinking chloroform in a Tremont street ice cream parlor. She said heartbreak after being jilted by a Harvard medical student prompted the act.
Odine Johnson denies involvement beyond friendship with Miss Golden who she says was driven to self harm after her sweetheart jilted her. He admitted giving a chloroform liniment mixture last spring but claimed it was not lethal. Miss Golden confessed at East Dedham station and named Johnson before being taken to City Hospital.
Dorothy Ainsworth Eaton, the 16 year old step daughter of Rear Admiral Joseph G. Eaton, will testify as the government seeks to convict Mrs Jennie May Eaton of poisoning the elder officer. She says she will aid her mother and intends to tell the truth despite public opinion. She attended the Samoset Hotel in Plymouth where she is housed under guard.
