Cattle thieves trapped near Bronsville by Rocha force

On October 15 in Matamoros, civil and military authorities urged Gen Rocha to arrest thieves who stole about eighty cattle and crossed the frontier. A cavalry squad with Texas police captured the thieves and some cattle. The animals were sent back across the river and restored. Rocha notified Texas that surrender of the thieves will follow on proper demand.
